ex-stepson's debt

my ex-stepson (21 years ago) has apparently racked up a huge debt which he will never be able to repay because of multiple handicaps he's had all his life. I've not been in contact with him for years and it certainly is not MY debt. Cbe group calls and leaves a creepy computer recorded computer voice with threats so I called back. The man was rude, insinuated I knew where my stepson is, demanded to know my name ss# etc which I wouldn't give, and he hung up. What can I do if all they do is leave creepy recordings of computer voices, or demand info I can't give and hang up if I call back? Now I get calls from s Dakota, Delaware, Colorado, and even Wyoming. They're all the same.
P.s. When I say 21 years ago, I mean his mother and I were divorced 21 years ago. The debts were incurred much more recently.

You need to call Citibank and go up the totem pole to a supervior and demand they remove your phone number. Get an address or a fax number and send them a written letter demanding they no longer contact you.
