various callers from first source called 3rd party (family outside my home) claiming legal action imminent and left phone # for me to call that results in 'dead air' - no way to return these calls & i dont even know who original creditor is. How do I find out if this is same first source 'co' that left messages and how to reach them? I wll try above 716 # but something is amiss here eh? thanx

first source called my family too -- even I spoke with them-- I sued them --

you can also send a letter to their address certified mail with return receipt confirming all your information so they dont call anyone else --

they had an amex account of mine -- you can run your credit report or call your original creditors to figure out who's it was -- they should have a record of who it was transferred to --
