LTHS Recovery

Has anyone ever heard of LTHS recovery? It is stopping us from buying a home due to negative entry on credit report, yet I can't find them online or listed with the BBB. Is this even a legit company? and if so what do you do when you can not find a company to pay off a debt they have reported??
