My dad just recieved a letter from Fia stating they owed him $200.00 from 2006. I handle his affairs and don't remember anything from FIA before now. They want him to sign a paper and mail it back to them to keep them from turning it over to the gov. Now, he could certainly use this money, but I have a funny feeling about this bunch. Anybody got any ideas? Tim
