Payday Loan Debt Consolidation

Before thinking of consolidation, let's figure out if your loans are legal or not.

What state do you live in?

Please list the names of each of your lenders, how you obtained each loan (storefront/internet), how much was deposited into your account by each and how much each has debited from your account.

If you've had multiple loans with the same lender, we need to know the totals of deposits vs. debits for those as well.

I thought in some states payday loans are legal. As far as I know they are still permitted in Wisconsin. I don't understand how they can continue to operate in plain site if they are not lawful.

There are a number of ways that the loans could be illegal. If these are internet lenders who don't have a physical presence in the state of WI and/or are not licensed in WI, then the loan is not legal.

In response to your question. I heard about a payday loan consolidation company on the radio today. I live in New Jersey. I did not catch the name, but the number is number removed. keep your solicitations off of here . I would suggest you can them and i hope they can help you. Goodluck!
