bankruptcy question

I live in california and i am considering filing for chapter 13 bankruptcy. My secured debt is $1,190,00 which exceeds the limit of $1,081,400 and my unsecured debt is about $200,000. My total debt is less than the maximum debt of $1,441,875. Do I still qualify for chapter 13?

Secured and unsecured debt limits are independent of each other. If you are over the secured limit you cannot file a 13.
