They only way LLR would agree to my payment (they wanted twice the amt.) was if I gave them my debit card info. I am worried they will access it when they shouldn't and when I don't have the funds in there. Then they may add to my debt with penalties & more interest. My card may charge me too. Has this happened to anyone? Do they have a right to refuse payments w/o a debit card or bank info? It seems illegal.


is this leading edge recovery?if so did you get a letter from them?if so send a DV letter certified mail return receipt.if not don't think about paying a thing until you receive at least a dunning letter.bottomline this is a bottomfeeder deluxe that must validate before even thinking about paying.
