I'd like to know how I can deal with GC. They recently called my brother which I find a very unfair tactic. How can I deal with that?

As long as they do not disclose the debt, it is perfectly legal
As long as they do not disclose the debt, it is perfectly legal for them to call family to locate you. It is called skip tracing. GC services...you owe a student loan??
