Have student loans that are huge. trying to get a direct consolidation loan, but am ineligeble due to wage garnishment. DCS has been ridiculously unhelpful. Go figure. I am currently unemployed. Do I have any recourse with getting wage garnishment lifted and if I do loan rehab, what is considered a fair payment

I do Tax preparation and make most of my money during tax season. my wages next year are what im concerned about. I am trying to get this whole situation rectified prior to the tax season.
