Chap. 13 Payments have been paid
Hello, I filed for Chap. 13 Bankruptcy in May 2009 for 36 months. All payments have been made but the trustee has not stopped the wage garnishment order so now I have overpaid by about $400.00 with more coming out of my check this week.
I met with my attorney this past Wednesday who said he would let her know that she has forgotten to stop the wage garnishments and start the process of discharging my case. He alo stated the trustee will refund the overpayment amount back to me.
Any idea how long this should take ?
