Can you tell me if internet pay day loans are legal in the state of Michigan?

Who did you borrow from? How much have you borrowed and how much have you paid. If it is a tribal or offshore lender, the PDL may be illegal.

No, lenders are required to maintain a physical presence within the state of Michigan to be considered a legal entity.
