Posts are being deleted AGAIN

Hi

This is to inform all moderators that we are receiving too many complaints these days of posts/threads being deleted. Like I said before (many times by now I guess) we are against disallowing/deleting members posts/threads either in our Forums or in Social answer be it "parrot post", posts which acknowledges OP's unanswered question (so that the OP does not feel that his/her question is being ignored) and ask him/her to keep checking back for expert advice and so on. It is ONLY spams /abusive posts that violates ToS which can be deleted. We have taken snapshots of posts which were deleted upon request from members for reference.

In this connection I would also like to add that one of our experts Michael Bovee aka Someone Else will be posting industry specific information in Forums. So you are requested not to delete them (either from forums/social answers or from the moderation panel), and if you have anything to say regarding his post, then you should first mail the post citing proper reasons as to what changes you would like to see in the post if at all it's needed.

Jason

i haven't done that, but i have looked at the posts deleted at times and if there was any value to them.i would have restored them.now while i don't really have an issue with first responders that answer that an "expert should be along to answer that",or words to that effect.i wanted that as we can't be on all the time and that prevents threads from being forgotten.my issue is when just about every other post by(ditchdebt, steven doyle, spaceblank, amy nickson)advises either consolidation,or settlement no matter what.those people remind me of anna, savion, sally, and sandy.i won't delete them, but if the posts are nonsense.they will know it by my response.thanks for the heads up on someone else as that is info we need.
