I filed chapter 7 BK Ans it was dishcharged Sep 2011. Well we got in some financial. Jams with payday loans, about $8000. Plus I had my car report, which I was stuck with about $6000, could I file change 13 BK?
Who did you owe on the payday
Who did you owe on the payday loans?? Were they even legal? They may not even legally owe them. What state do you live in??
