Shazz's sticky


Since payday loan laws are constantly changing, I'm thinking Shazz's sticky is due to be replaced with more current, step by step information. I'd like to work on that myself. Once I've completed the job, I'd like to unstick Shazz's thread and create a new one.

Any objections?

nice,very nice.detailed and descriptive.nobody should read that and have questions.other that the humanoids who call and threaten,but that's another topic altogether.
