Does anyone have any information on this debt collector? They have called me from 800-708-2957. They also have a job posting on Craigs' List using this phone number 503-308-6052 that is out of Oregon. They leave messages stating that they have a file and there are discrepancies in it that they would like to verify. They have also left messages that the file would now be going to the attorney for litigation. Is this a legitimate company, does anyone have any information on them. I can't find anything on this company at all.

a couple of things

well i couldn't find a thing with a google search.also craigslist?really?sorry but i never put any stock in craigalist period.just the fact they are there tells me all i need to know.do as SOAPLADY advised,but i would be prepared for illegal stupidity from them.be prepred also as she advised and hang up if it comes to that.

sounds like a bogus company- they call me too.

these guys repeatedly call and leave a message for a person (whose name is muffled and garbled up so you cannot understand).

If they are are legit, let them leave a clear message and not be so lame.
