Your wages are only being garnished 15%...how can this cause you from being late from paying all your bills??? Are you not getting child support?

You can appeal to your guarantor but it is unlikely they will stop unless your income is below a certain level.

I am unable to pay my bills because I am only on-call with my work. therefore my paychecks are so small to begine with, with them taking 15% it leaves me nothing and no i am not getting child support.

You can try filing an appeal...you had the opportunity to do this prior to the garnishment starting.

Secondly, you need to get into social services for assistance in food stamps and getting child support. There is no excuse for your soon to be ex not paying support.

I am currently fighting him in court for the child support. And i know that it is not and excuse but i did loose the paper work that i received that I was able to get in the mail, he hide my mail from me, when i had to move. I have the forms for the link that you posted. Thank you

Apply for food stamps....they will go after him harder!!!

Hell I am getting them..in my state if you earn under 1500 per month for 2 people you qualify. You have 3 people.

Yeah i am currently on food stamps and medi-cal, tried to get cash aid but i got denied :(
