I'm afraid these other posts are 100% accurate. Validation of debt is sufficient with the proof that a few months passed with activity on an account. Your only chance to get this dismissed is to prove that someone other than you used the card and made the payments.
Try working with Hanna's office in Georgia; I'm sure you'll be able to work out a nice settlement. If they transfer you to their office in Missouri you might run into a problem, as this particular office is more of a collection agency with a lot of unprofessional people. But I've found that most of the people in their Georgia office are extremely nice and easy to work with.

he is a debt vulture.he already has 11 posts,and some are ridiculous.while he hasn't posted his actual contact info yet.i'm guessing(wrong hopefully)that it will be posted in time.he already is posting he is a settlement specialist in his signature so i think he bears watching.that's just me though.
