Overpayment of Unemployment

If I owe the state of WV for an overpayment of Unemployment and I know live in GA, can and will WV keep my federal tax refund to pay for the overpayment of Unemployment benefits that I recieved?

Any state can offset your federal return...so the answer is yes.
