Kind of lost


I have been contacted by this company twice now and they are asking for two different people within 1 week. Plus the call center is out of either India, Pakistan or some stan overseas and they can barely speak English. I have asked them to slow down and speak clearly only to have them speed up and start jabbering in their own lang. I've read a bunch of posts but it seems that there is truley nothing you can do to stop them or am I missing something?
