No. The bankruptcy attorney can give you an idea after you narrate your financial story. Be true and honest. Document your assets and liabilities so that he can give you an idea. Plus, you have to give the means test where you can find out which bankruptcy is available to you. It isn't that easy. The calculation is complex. If your monthly income is less than the state median income, then you will qualify for Chapter 7 bankruptcy.
