Received an IRS letter CP71c today! Have not heard a word from the IRS in almost 3years after attempting an offer and compromise until today. These taxes are from
1998 to 2003, all returns were filed in 2004, Im hoping they will work with me this time by removing liens so i can re-finance my home and settle for less than i owe. Is it possible they will settle for less Im not Rich
