yes, are these loans federally backed,? and when they start collections can they get a administrative wage garnishmnet against myself,since im the co-signer?

Cosignor on a federal loan? There havent been cosignors on federal loans since sometime in the 80's. What type of loan is this???

these loans were co-signed by myself and are sallie mae, Tuition Answer - UNSUB / SLM PRIVATE CREDIT STUDENT LN . I believe they are private? any help will be appreciated.
