GCSrevices contacted me and told me I owed 54,000 dollars to Pheaa for student loans..According to the National Student Loan Data System my Loans are a Zero balance and the Gaurentor is KHEAA not PHEAA....I have contacted Ombudsman for Pheaa and Kheaa but no response...

Any Suggestions?

True, you're not liable to pay for any debt that you don't recognize. First of all you should get it validated and know about the source of this debt. They won't be able to force you to pay for this debt unless they can validate it.
