Owe College But want to go back

I currently owe the community college here about $850 because of an accident I had with my vehicle which totaled it and I can't apply for financial aid because of it. I lost my transportation and was unable to get to class. I barely kept my job through it. I tried to speak with someone and apply for a withdrawel but the response I got was "you weren't injured so you could have found a way". I know this doesn't sounds like much but I barely make enough to scrape by with my current job. I have been looking for another but have been unsuccessful. I feel like I am stuck in stagnation of I can't get a better job unless I go back to school & I can't go back to school until I find a better job. I would be overjoyed to go back but even a payment plan would mean I would either have to cut out gas or food. Is there anyway I would be able to get out of this rock & hard place? Can I go to a different school with student loans or use student loans to pay back my debt so I can again be moving forward? Is there anything I can do or options that I am not aware of?

In order to file for financial aid, you will need to disclose that you have attended another school...which in turn will require a transcript...see the circle? Community colleges are public schools....which in turn equals state debt. You gotta get it paid off first before even considering going back to school. Work a second job.

as i know you can still have a chance to go back to school. try to contact your school and explain what had happened to you. but if you want to look for financial aid, well you can get one but not from the federal. however, you need to make sure if you are in default or not in taking financial aid from government. i think it would be hard to take their help if you are in default.
and don't forget you still need to pay the loans. if you think you can't cover the loans wth your income, i suggest you to take a second job.

Please follow my advise....you are eligible for federal aid if your resolve your default by consolidation. I have no clue where student loan is getting his information from.
