Can someone help me

I just recieved a Collections Notice From Credit Service, Stating I owe 4,927 to Daymar College, When I signed up to go to this college it was for Massage Therapy I quickly changed my mind to change my proffesion, I turned in my books to my student advisor an told her I wanted to switch my major, The School Changed it schedules an I could not get in for another semester, I than found out that the college was trying to charge me 40,000 to go to school more than a University for two years, When I went to there school for three weeks the professors were constantly being switched and not showing up for work and I was harrassed by guys in the hallways I wanted nothing to do with the so called college, Now almost a year later I am being hit with a notice What should I do

You owe it. This is the withdrawal/refund policy from your school...http://online.daymarcollege.edu/financial-services/disbursement-stipend-policy

First Week 10%
Second Week 50%
Third Week 50%
Fourth Week 75%
Fifth Week 75%
Sixth Week 75%
Seventh Week 100%

You attended a private for profit school. As with any school public or private, when you sign up you agree to all the terms of the school contained in the student handbook.

You may wish to check into the class action lawsuit which has been filed by several students for similar types of complaints.
