Who are these people # 614-586-4591

My family keeps getting called by people from this #. They are saying I owe money on a pdl...I don't have any pdl's out..I want to file a complaint with the BBB, but don't know who they are.

The attorney is an a**hole...I asked if I could clear up this pdl when I get my taxes next month he told me no then went & had my checking account frozen. It was my mom's birthday weekend & I had no access to my check that was just deposited that friday morning! I have been calling since cursing anyone who answers the phone! This is bs, it's not like I was refusing to pay I did take one out back in 2005 that I forgot about. I just needed 30 days, I mean what's 30 days when they have already been waiting 5 1/2 years! Is there anything I can do about getting my account unfrozen?
