I have an unpaid student loan in California and pell grant from 1978 to 1980. Will it show up on a Gaming licence in Colorado? What is your guess.

Pell grant is not repayable unless you dropped out they are looking for a refund. The defaulted student loan WILL show up when they do your gaming background check...there is a federal registry they check.
