I need help I have a letter from credit card collection company they will settle for $9200,00 I have no money, I have until 11/29 , what do I do???
How many days are you past due? Is this their first offer?

I have not pay a payment in 3 years, I went to a credit soultion
I have not pay a payment in 3 years, I went to a credit soultions and they were suppose to be taking care of it , now the collection agency say they are taking me to court if I do not pay the 2000.00 now and 350.00 per month. I do not have that kind of money.
