scam phone calls? 760 area code
if they do not hear from me all they can do is wish me luck and she even had the
nerve to say "God Bless You" at the end of the message. I think God needs to bless her once she realizes that scamming people isn't God Like
should I call them back and advise them that I know they are a scam or should I just
ignore the calls
also who should I file the complaints with

I am sure they are for illegal payday loans which were more then overpaid once I defaulted

I belive it's a scam after reading several blogs/articles on the number. I just tuped in 0000 in my web broswer and it came up.
they left a number - 760-856-0867. i blocked my number and called them back. no one answered. it was a cell phone.

Well, the heavy accents, the threats, the "God bless you" and "good luck," all sound like overseas PDls' or bottomfeeder collectors. Do an internet search for the phone numbers, I'm sure you'll see lots of complaints. Seems to be an epidemic of these calls anymore. I hate to think how many people are actually intimidated into giving these people money.

after reading different post on here and also did a goggle search(which on some of the sites - is showing up in Calif.) I will not be calling them back - I feel that is best - that way I will not get over frustrated with them

It's really not worth it, trying to argue with them, much less reason with them. These companies use legit-sounding names and try to pass themselves off as quasi-government agencies, they throw around a lot of legal terminology, all to intimidate people into sending them money. Disgusting.

He scammed a payday loan company out of its database and he also gets Experian files.
Google him and you'll wonder why he's still around. He is working with these Indian call centers to try and keep his name out of things.
When you get one of these calls, you can just call his main office. It is (760) 423-1100.
