Ross Cline Capital Management

Has anyone else been contacted by this company?? I can only assume it is related to PDL's. I closed my account after paying for a year on three loans-- all illegal in the state of OH. Internet loans --- paid over $3000 beyond the principal. Now-- I keep getting calls from a Ms. Cline from the offices of Ross Cline, Capital Managment.

...sadly there doesn't seem to be much information...the only other thing I was able to find online is this:

You certainly don't owe them any money if you paid that much above and beyond the principal. I would ask for an address or fax number so you can send a DV letter. If they can't prove it and still call, send a C&D letter...then start tracking how they contact you...they might be in violation of the FDCPA
