My husband has a high interest private Citibank student loan from several years ago. We both have federal student loans through Direct Loans with interest rates less than 4%. We got married recently, and I'd like to know if it is possible to consolidate these loans, along with our credit card debt?

Nope....well not unless you can find a private lender to give you the loan which is unlikely if you do have collateral.
FYI...you do not want to consolidate student loans. It was a nightmare for the Dept of Ed and they discontinued the spousal consolidation program.
