I am owed about 31,000.00 since 1987.. I have a court order for 400.00 a month.there is a body of attachment warnt for his arrest, for over a year now.. I'm going through dhhr in wyoming county of west virginia.. He has drivers license still, also made contractor license about 2 years ago.. Dhhr has all this info. Nancy, you may have to do some of the leg work. I have found myself in that same boat in Maryland. You have to stay on them & make sure that they are doing their job. Calling them on the phone will only get you so far. The phones are answered by customer service reps and they answer some questions. If you go into the office, you can talk to your case worker.
