Address for Communicating with FIA Services


I have not missed a payment in over two years with FIA services but they are requiring me to pay an interest rate of over 29%. I received a letter from "Mary Davis, Senior Vice President" but with no mailing address and the number provided is always busy. I have had a stroke and am not working and wish to reduce the interest rate. Is there a mailing address for "Mary Davis" or is this a ficticious person only?


I have FIA card services for one of my cc. I have a customer service number of: Call toll-free in the U.S. 1.800.655.1491, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Loans:1.800.655.1491 mailing addresses:

There are other mailing addresses for disputes, etc but this is the one when I look on my account for customer service
