How do I get a copy of what they say I owe when they keep telling me to comtact the attorrney who is never there.

You must send a written debt validation letter to the attorney through the CMRRR . If you have been sued, you may also file a 'motion for discovery' along with your reply to the summons to learn details about the debt.
