Do not accept any calls from national affidavit processing division. Or vision asset management group or first shore.


DO NOT ACCEPT ANY CALLS FROM NATIONAL AFFIDAVIT PROCESSING DIVISION. OR VISION ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP OR FIRST SHORE. NATIONAL AFFIDAVIT PROCESSING DIVISION calls and threatens you with legal action saying they are calling because a company is threatening to file criminal charges against you. THEY ARE PHONY. I asked for the company they represent and they refused to tell me the name of the parent company. which by Law I am entitled to. When I told them I knew the law they then gave it to me. VISION ASSET MANAGEMENT GROUP is a fake company. They do not exist anyplace on the internet or real life. They call and tell you the same crap as the aforementioned company. This company however folds quickly when you tell them you are allowed by law a copy of the original contract and you will not pay or agree to anything until you receive it. they tell you they cannot provide a copy until you make arrangements. you tell them you want the name of the company who hired them so you can get a copy. they try to dissuade you. yell at you and tell you you will be sorry if you don't talk to them. BUT DO NOT BACK DOWN. I contacted the original collection department and they were very helpful and said they still had my account and that anyone saying they were calling representing them was a fraudulent company and to report them immediately

This is what I did. They kept calling me over and over so I posted a listing on craigslist saying i had over 40 iphones for sell at 100 each they sell fast if you have sold one before. I gave them his number at the NATIONAL AFFIDAVIT PROCESSING DIVISION. I called him and cant even get through. I bet 1,000 of poeple have called him asking to buy a phone. hahahahahaha payback is a bitch

Is a chop shop collection agency, they will tell you all kind of crap to get you to pay. The owners are Angela Burdolf & Mike Kowalick. He is a bigger thief than she is so they are made to be partners in crime!! She is a slut wants to work you like a slave.....for pennys when she only pays pennys for the debt that they collect on, instead of trying to allow you to clean up your credit and resolve your debts the legal way. They have their employee threaten you so to speak by breaking the FDCPA laws. They've have been sued by debtors before and paid them off to keep from going to court. It costs them more to go to court. Don't let this dynamic duel team get you. Google the FDCPA laws and fight back. They are currently going through another law suit. Also a law suit from a previous employee!!! For anyone that has debts out there learn the laws before you get sucked in by one of these chop shop agency's!

Wow,I happen to be well aware of VAMG and know through the BBB that they are a legitimate agency. I believe the "honest collector" has a very large AX to grind. Funny how former employees who you go out of your way to help will turn on you for couple of bucks. I'm sure they will answer for their sins some day. It is also my belief that a slut should not throw stones. I believe there is a name for people who sleep with men to get them to invest their money in your sinking money pit of a business...it's called Prostitution!! Even with that, these men run away faster than a speeding bullet,,,losing hundreds of thousands of dollars because your greed has no boundaries. You stuck VAMG with over 20k worth of your personal debt. Shame on them for being supportive. It's all worth the loss to be done with the trash.

All I know is that they have been calling me on a bogus debt for awhile with a bunch of lies about what they say they are going to do which is all a bunch of illegal nonsense in my state. Then they call my almost 80 year old mother who has never even had a debt in her life to scare her, which is completely illegal. But you can't call them back because they have the phone set with an outgoing message that it has been disconnected which is a total lie in itself. Maybe people have a legitimate ax to grind and it's the people defending them who are fly by night themselves, or their current employees.
