Since most banks here in the USA, now have foreign employees to answer their phones, and do customer relations, how do you as an American feel, when they treat you unfairly, or don't help you?, and this is happening to you how?

I think it's all in the bank's policy and an employee can't go beyond of what has been told to him. I feel it's still better since you can blame it to the foreign employees. Just think how it would have felt to hear the same thing from a fellow American.
