Yes, it does seem odd.

Seems the poster joined in July 2009, but looking at the post history s/he has posted nothing but these BBB ratings.

At least it's not spam, I guess. Could be a scheme to rack up points??? But let's see what Jason has to say.......

We certainly have lots more to deal with but is is counter productive! Like Shazz says it pushes down the urgent posts!

That thought ocurred to me.

[COLOR=DarkOrange]No big deal :) [/COLOR]he wanted to help us by providing names of collection agencies that are not mentioned in our site. One more point.. being a well wisher of this site, he is doing it voluntarily. Members can share their experiences with those companies.

Good, problem solved! As long as it is beneficial to the admin, I can see how people may "google" those companies and end up at this site, which then may benefit them as they can post questions etc. (Will the BBB tell them how to send a DV?)

OK, but, I was under the impression that we encourage new members and guests to become more self reliant by encouraging them into researching information they are seeking. However, I do understand why the Admins are permitting this. Just sayin!

A side note; should this information he is providing be placed in the creditors/collection agency address book forum? He is posting it into the collection agencies and creditors forum. Admittedly, I have been moving his posts to the address book section. I would just like to know how to proceed with his posts since it has been approved by the Admins.

The purpose of these threads are to cover names of collection agencies that are not listed in our forums. Upon inclusion we will be providing atleast some basic information about those companies thereby catering to more and more people. Anyone can share their experiences with those companies which will ultimately help members' and site in the long run.
