One guy name Shane is calling that he works for paycheck today and cashadvance network. He said that since i have fallen behind. I need to make a payment today or they are going to file legal charges with my state of Hi. He didn't even give me his last name or what company. He said I had 5 hrs to do it. I told him that I am working. He said on my lunch break I need to leave and make a payment. I told him I can't he said that by law they have to let me leave. Is this legal they harrasing me at work when I tell him I can't talk he said yes I can. I am with Langhorne debt solutions and I don't know why these people are calling. I want to know if this is legal or if they are scammers and what do I tell them?

they are scammers.anybody connected with either of those places is a bottomfeeder.they are both illegal period.i would inform langhorne of this immediately.you hired them to take care of this.so let them.if shane calls again hang up on him as you are not obligated to do as he asks, and being as these pdl's are not legal anywhere.i doubt he will tale legal action period.much less in that short a time as within 1 day.just hang up on him,and inform langhorne of shane's calls.

i would file complaints as ARM is not licensed in alot of states, and seems to attempt to collect for MTE loans.btw since he is a collector, and not an employee of either pdl.he broke the law in saying he will take legal action when he can't.so file away.another btw.that seems to be par for the course with langhorne.leave messages, and wait while the illegals call with abandon.

Is there anywhere I can find on this website how to send a cease and desist letter. I don't understand Langhorne sent all of this to the pay day loan lenders and how did this company get my information? How can I take care of my pay day loan debt myself? I paid $360.00 for the interest and principle and know they want me to repay back the original loan of $300.00 did I overpay?

Please help I think Langhorne is not doing there job. If they knew I paid that much in principle why does langhorne want me to still make a settlement? I need the link to send a cease and desist letter. I did file a complaint with the federal trade commission. I think I over paid for all except one of my payday loans what should I do contact these company myself. It makes me wonder why didn't langhorne ask me how much did I pay in principle and interest? Please someone help me?
