Letter to credit card companies

I want to send letters to my credit card companies to tell them that I can no longer pay them. Is there a sample of a letter that fits my situation on here? We are pretty much judgement proof.

Credit card companies are not going to do anything. They do not care about your circumstances. I am waiting for one to sue me unless we can come to some reasonable agreement. Right now I can't pay due to being unemployed and some other issues. BTW, can I change my name here? Did not realize my full name was going to be displayed.
