Mann and braken first contacted me back in 01/28/2008
I sent cert request for Validation which the signed for feb 4th they never responded over the last year and half I have received one letter from them 06/18/2008 just a typical dunning letter .. That is it ... I live in Texas and they filed the suit in may and it was just delivered today ... please advise .. Thanks it has been filed in the Southlake JP court ... I live in Keller ..
