If "They are in violation of TILA laws, Fair Debt Protection Act
If "They are in violation of TILA laws, Fair Debt Protection Act, Unfair business practice, wrongful foreclosure, negligance, HUD and RESPA laws, not documenting payments, undisclosed fees, excessive fees charged, etc." then you need to file proper complaints with the proper authorities. In the big picture, anonymous complaints on public forums and blogs avails nothing and will not be treated seriously by anyone in a position to investigate any alleged "illegal" practices.
