Can i have my loan dismiss, i didnt have my GED @ the time
I have a student loan for about 6 years it was for a Tech institute school, at the time that I enrolled, I did not have my GED nor did I graduate from high school. They didn’t even ask me if I had a high school diploma or a GED. It was to become a Medical Assistant and it states you must have a GED or High school diploma. I didn’t even finish the program because I really wanted to get my GED and attend a REAL College. I received my GED in 2004 this occurred in 2002. I been having my loan in deferment is there any way I can have this loan remove???

Probably not. You knew the entrance requirements and still enrolled which puts you in the position of responsiblity for meeting the entrance requirements. There is also the issue of "ability to benefit". If the school shows you have the ability to benefit by finishing their course, that would nullify your claim.
