strange number

It seems to be one of the computer generated numbers. There is no available information about this number. These numbers are set for the purpose to make calls at your end and you won't get anyone live when called back.

Call your phone company and try to block this number. I was reading a thread about blocking the phone numbers in this forum. Hope this might be of some help to you:

my friend got the same call and are pretty sure it's collector or a scam collector. i googled the number and ended up at your message.

i wouldn't worry about it. They told my friend they had an unpaid utility bill at a place she hasn't lived at. I am betting it's a scam.
