Asked for Rehab Agreement In Writing
I asked DCS for the specifics of the Rehab agreement in writing and the CA refused. She said they cannot provide that to me unless I agreed right away while we were on the phone. She gave me a whole bunch of good info over the phone but won't put it in writing?

Rehabs are governed by the higher education act.
They are not going to give you anything in writing until you agree...it is a waste of their time and energy. Technically they do not have to put anything in writing for the rehab until after you have made the 9 payments.
