Student looking loan OutsourceCreditSolutions offer 10k w/ 1.5k down

So I'm about to start my freshmen year of college. And sadly student loans require credit or cosigners. Ive been looking around for "no credit / bad credit loans" and I got a callback from this company called Outsource Credit Solutions.
They offered me 10k for a personal loan, which is their minimum, but said they had to go through a private lendor so they need five months down. Which is a little over a thousand dollars. And also every penny I have to my name.
I have faxed them my information, bank account number...transit number, bank phone and name, etc. Copy of last check and Drivers Liscense. They said it was for the deposit of the 10k which would happen within 6hrs of my giving them the five months down.
I'm getting wary so I called my bank and they said to check them out on the BBB. I found nothing under their name.
The information I have for them from their fax cover sheet is "82 W Bay St Suite 1100 Jacksonville, FL 32202. outsourcecreditsolutions . com Toll Free: 888-461-6604.
The origional fax number given to me buy the lady handling my account didn't work. So i called her and she gave me a differient one which I used. They E-mailed me more forms to sign and send. But the fax number on their cover page, 904-339-9082, didnt work. So I called again and she gave e 904-212-1521 to use. I'm getting really nervous here.
Has anyone heard of this company?
Should I stop using them? Not send the money?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's a scam!!! OMG! Now that they have your bank account info, I would be leary of them draining your account!! Protect your accounts.

NEVER pay upfront...any legitimate firm would take the money out of the proceeds.

Sounds fishy that their original phone #'s don't work...seems they have to keep changing them to avoid being caught.

Did you call the Florida DFI and check them out? I would also call the FLorida AG office...I'll bet they'll tell you that it's a scam!

1. Ask if a company listing itself as a broker needs to be licensed.

2. Ask if they know of the company and if there are any complaints or info they can give you.

3. Ask your bank what you can do to prevent them from hitting your account...I think you'll have to close the account and open another...just my opinion.
