Moved out of state 1 year ago - means income test question?

Since I have only lived outside of MI for a year, I understand that our exemptions fall under MI(Federal) since it has been under 2 years. My question is this...Will the mean test income be dictated on where I lived in MI or my new state? If it falls under MI, I am under the median income...Anyone know?

Sorry! Forgot to log in :) It is based on your income for the last 6 months, so I believe as long as you have lived in your current state for that amount of time then you would use that one - but again, I am NO expert so I would wait for other's answers :)
