I tried placing a call, and found out they are City Financial Auto. After researching City Financial Auto, I found an office located in Omaha, NE. They are affiliated in a way, but only under operating under the title of "City Financial Auto".

The BBB has provided no information about this company because they are outside the service area. To check for complaints you'll have to write/call the NY branch for the BBB.
