Fidelity smart cash account

It was suggested to me to open a smart cash account from Fidelity because I was trying to decide whether or not I should close my bank account due to pdl's and nsf fees. I was wondering if any one has used them, if they were happy with the account etc... I did not close my checking account because the bank agreed to put a freeze on the account until I could pay off the account and regain access to this checking account. I need a checking account that will not drain me of all my money in the mean time due to my company requiring direct deposit. Does anyone have this experience or one like it?

As far as I know, Fidelity smart cash account is a very useful account with unlimited free check writing, Visa Gold Check Card (debit card), paying bills online, quarterly statements and electronic money transfer facilities. You can get more details of the account by visiting the link "http://personal.fidelity.com/accounts/pdf/msc-fdic.pdf".
