Some companies try to debit money from checking account by using
Some companies try to debit money from checking account by using a different name or a different amount. Every company makes debit from the checking account of the consumer by using a specific ID code.
Talk to your bank and ask them to block the ID code of that company. Once it is blocked, the company won't be able to withdraw any money from your checking account.
I guess it works for you.
whos the real fool?
I find it funny that people are quick to condemn a company who clearly lay out all of their rules and rates on their websitw. Its all gravy when they receive their much needed funds but because of their own ignorance they turn into victims when its time to pay back what theyve borrowed. If your loan fee is all that debits on your due date why assume that the company is going to let you keep the remaining principal out until your next payday? Thats just common sense people.
Hi beezy, thanks for posting your opinion. Now for a question
Hi beezy, thanks for posting your opinion.
Now for a question: Why does a company that is so upfront (as you indicate) find it necessary to operate illegally? If they are truly a beneficial company (rather than predatory thieves looking to steal as much as they can), why do they not ensure that they are following the letter of the law?
Soky This is a tactic they use to try to drain your account.
Soky
This is a tactic they use to try to drain your account. Some banks allow you to go a certain amount over your limit and still pay the item, so these places will try different amounts to see what sticks. They will also try this as some banks used to just block the amount or company name, rather than the processor ID.
