I emailed and faxed my letters to the 3 PDL companies over the weekend. I received this email today from CashBack. This might be easier then I thought!!

We are willing to accept your payment arrangement of $262 and you may send your payemnts via cashiers check or money order to the following address______________ Thank you for your patronage.
Now, I hope the other 2 are this cooperative. Couldn't have done it without the help of everyone on this site. A HUGE weight has been lifted!! Thank you so much........

Yeah, me too!! I told them in my letter that I was very willing to pay my principal loan balance minus all the ILLEGAL fees they have charged me giving me an amount due of $262. I told them I will pay $50 a month, more when my budget allows, until balance is paid in full.
